Saor provides SEO and digital marketing services, including but not limited to keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, PPC advertising, content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, and conversion rate optimization. All services are provided on a best-effort basis, and we do not guarantee specific results such as rankings or traffic increases.
All content, designs, and materials provided by Saor are the intellectual property of the Company. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
All fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our refund policy. Payments are due upon receipt of invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of our services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rajasthan, India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If revisions are material, we will notify you prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
